At The Farm Club, we are a family-run venue that brings together our passions to create a space for community and connection. Located in the heart of 300 acres of Cheshire countryside within Mere View Estate, we believe that health and wellbeing are multi-dimensional; encompassing experiences, emotions, and moments. As humans, we desire social interaction and nature. Here at The Farm Club, we invite you to escape the distractions of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by a supportive community.
Whether you choose to join us for a journey of holotropic breathing within a community, bathing within our ice baths, flowing in our yoga studio, swimming in the lake, exercising on the lawn, attending a wellness retreat or festival, or simply enjoying a coffee and a slice of cake with a view, our doors are always open.

Please always shower before entering the sauna. We recommend staying hydrated before arriving, as the sauna and ice baths can be intense experiences. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol beforehand to get the most out of your session.

Absolutey! A session at the Unfold sauna is one hour and you can use that time as you please. We suggest alternating between the sauna and ice bath, 15 mins in the sauna, 1-2 mins in the ice, and repeat. Please make sure to shower after leaving the sauna and before entering the ice baths.

Take your time and listen to your body. Use slow, deep breaths, re-hydrate slowly, and allow yourself to cool off fully before going back in.
