Yoga & Sauna at Unfold
Join Immy for a Hatha–Vinyasa yoga session at the Unfold wellness space on Five Acre Farm. A comfortable yet immersive practice exploring movement, breath, and sound.
Your booking includes 1.5 hours of yoga followed by 1.5 hours of access to the sauna and ice baths — the perfect balance of mindful flow and deep recovery.
Immy trained in Bristol at Yogasara before continuing her studies in Goa and Rishikesh, India. With over 800 hours of teacher training, she brings depth, care, and authenticity to every class.

Our traditional Finnish sauna is expertly built by Scandinavian Sauna, crafted with clean lines, natural timber, and a focus on simplicity. It offers a dry, even heat - the ideal place to Unfold.
Two Ice-Baths, designed by Urban Ice Tribe, features an integrated filtration system and chiller to keep the water cold, clear, and consistent.
Every element is chosen for quality, function, and flow. Nothing extra. Just heat, cold, and space to Unfold.
